I guess so. I was so depressed once I didn't want to move, or either do anything. I stopped eating and lost a lot of weight, I used to cut a lot, deeply, and I still do.. If that is what you call physically ill then I'm freaking infected.

Yes, I'm makes me hurt myself physically, which makes me ill, so like overdosing. Any yes sometimes it makes me feel ill, so when doctors can find nothing physically wrong with me, yet I can't keep food down and I'm being sick everywhere ;//

Thats how i am like not eating or sleeping i'm so restless and depressed, contemplating suicide. Pain is to much.

I always am, I have an eating disorder caused by depression,the suicidal thoughts never stop, I hallucinate, Im a little more than sick.
