How many hours sleep on average do you get each day? As a lot of you can probably tell I don't get much most days..

haha, poor Matt :( i try to get some sleep every night, probably 7 - 8 hrs? although lately my friend decided she really really needs to go out as often as possible, so i accompany her, then it's probably more of 3 - 4 hrs a day since last week ;)

3-4 hrs is bad! Then again so is too much sleep.

I'm a terrible sleeper! Apparenty I always have been. But yeah 3-4 hours, if I'm lucky! I tend to sleep better if someone is with me tho. It's weird.

I'm usually a well rested child ... once i am not crammed by school work.. hmm i would say 7-8 hours... but still docotors or whoever recommend 10... they would have to mean on vacation....

I have never hear 10hrs recommended. I have heard 8hrs is what you should get.

last time i was at the doctors she said i should get 8 hours sleep at the least 10 hours at the most so anywhere inbetween i guess :P

i once had 16hrs sleep....think thats too much cuz i had a massive headache after XD meh, i really cant choose to sleep for hrs and hrs it just happens

i love slp but thats if i get to... lol skl days its usualy 8-10 if im not studyin... but my usual slping pattern is slp all day and stay up all nyt.. cant slp at nyt..but always tiered during the day... grrr.. like will make myself go to bed at abt 2 in the morning and only wake up at abt 12 in the afternoon the nxt day... im bad.... thou im sure i wont be getting much slp when i go bak 2 skl since i hav 2 study my ass off this term..grrrr.. :(

five hours or less.. mondays to thursdays but during weekends i try to sleep as much as i can... sometimes even for a whole day! hahaha.
