I am honest & truthful I wonder if anyone else is truthful too I hear the whispers & I hear the lies I see many untrusted eyes I see truth & the people that flee So I pretend lies don’t bother me I try to not ever lie Cause I know they make us cry I've seen the truth that tears apart I'll try to touch your heart I worry about lies destroying lives I understand how lies can really hurt inside I say truth makes a friendship stronger Truthful friends stay much longer I hope to never hurt anyone Like those dishonest b a s t a r d's've done
