Yeah, there were a couple of cool mechanics in Theros, but I didn't like it much either. I love the gods though. They're handy. Conspiracy is fun, but you really need to draft it. I like the idea of the voting, and the idea of multiplayer in drafting rather than one on one, but I don't think that many of the cards are that viable outside of draft and commander. I mean, you can use them for vintage and legacy, but it's like... why bother? Of course I'm probably wrong and there's probably great uses for them in vintage and legacy, but meh. I don't see them yet.

I have poured so much money into MTG over the last 3 years, I am constantly practically broke. It is amazing. I love it so much. ^_^ What'd you think of the last set? The Theros one?
