`I sit here and a tear runs down my eye, But I don't know why, So I began to cry, Thinking bout what it be like to be a normal guy, Everyday It seems I fail at everything I try, Broken and battered I stay strong, Strong enough to know where I belong, Right here but not at home, A pic of my dad on my nightstand when I was a boy, Nowadays he plays with my emotions as if I were a toy, Will I ever see true joy, Heart bitter, But I will just sit here and quiver, Pain in my chest running down through my liver. Hoping one day he will deliver! His promise, But never being honest. ~Poetry by me~
