The Mask Who is that girl staring at me from the mirror? All I see is someone who has pain in her eyes Someone who is trapped in her lies Everyday she wears the mask, she wears it so nobody would see how broken she really is She hides behind it, people only see the mask she wears and the smile that's fake No one knows what's under it I will tell you its pain ad sadness from all the years of pain she felt all the years of the bullying will she ever find someone who will see past the mask she wears and the lies she told The answer is yes someone already has, its not her lover like most would think but a girl who has felt the same pain Now if you look at her, you would still see the pain and sadness but you will also see happiness and hope in her eyes Her smile is now not always fake but sometimes real and its all because she found someone who toke of her mask.
