O.o he is a little cartoon character, like Spot and snoppy, a childrens program that I used to watch, a little girl was watching it on the plane. :D

Oright well I didnt watch snoopy as much as kipper thats my excuse :P well he is a little brown dog with a white belly and has bis balck floppy ears, and he goes on loads of adventures. :D
