Just check pics on this site and the net... Take the pic to a salon/hairdressers and they'll do their best. Try and get some recommendations though because it could end up looking nothing like the pic. I have had a great cut from taking a pic to a hairdressers, but sadly more poor ones.

Haha not quite Roxi, but some just don't take enough time and care. The best cut I had was by a woman who took her time and pride in her work and it was also fairly cheap.
