ok i hav a eting disorder and i wont 2 help pepl and i ned sum help my self wether its anarexia, bulemia, food avoidence emoshnal disorder, food refusal, restrictiv eating, slectiv eating disorder, food fobia or enything elc

dont worry.things like this are just in the mind,it like this:if you were to continusly think about going out to see a friend or something,you'd end up doing it.if you continualy think that food is good or bad,that you need it or not,which ever one you pick thats the one youll have.

im a lot beter than i woz a year ago. im eating but i ned 2 eat enof 2 put on wat so i can go bk 2 scol that the hard part but im doing it slowly

ther is 'help' but not much that achly helpS thes eating disorders units they dont rely help i no it sound werd cuz they r sposed 2 no wot they r doing and they r suposed 2 help but they dont...2 out of 3 mad it wurs the other 1 woz ok... 1 of them i achly went in ther 4 depreshon but cuz im just a skini prson they put me in the eating disorders program and i lost wat on it! i woz puting on wat befor! they ended up sending me 2 the rely strict anarexia unit (i dnt hav anarexia!) ther it woz horab wot they did i rely carnt say cuz i stil hav flash bacs of it...bing away frm hom woz rely hard cuz im a twin and we r rely clos so thats hard and im sencativ..it help mor bing at hom..every 1s difernt :]

I guess the best thing would be actually talking with others your sorta age that have sucessfully been through the situation. I understand talking with others that currently have a disorder can make things worse though..

wel wot i hav isnt very coman so i dont no of eny and theyr normly about 7ish (wen i get dignosd i woz about that age) but i havnt rely got properly beter. i agre that anarexics talking wil mad it wurs if they dnt wont 2 get beter that y they getwurs in the units i woz in.

i have to see a CAMS team but there isnt eny known treatment for FAED so they dont realy know what to do. im on meds, i get wayed every week, and im hopefully having sistmatick desensitisashon (sorry for the bad speling) because i have a fear of food.

I been there and the CAMHS never helped me, they thought I was cured but I'm back where I started. If you really want to get better you need a friend in the same position because you can help each other and share tips. It's hard with any eating disorder especially when it's partially caused by emotion. It looks like you're doing great as it is, it's kinda easier without the CAMHS but you probably will need to talk to a friend or sufferer whos trying to get better to really get better. I really wish you the best and hope so much that you get better, good luck hun x

i agree its beter with out a CAMS team but i have had to see sum one all the time since i was 9 i hait it in and out of eating disorder units seeing difernt people..at least now they have sortof left me alone and they arent making me go back into units cuz they know not that it duznt help its achly made me wurse....enyways thank you for the suport keep in tuch.
