Maybe an e-mail notification when people reply to your posts or thread would be a good idea so you don't have to go back and forth the forum pages you have posted on, like your profile comments and PMs

You can view all your posts and topics which is a start. You can view every members by clicking "View All" under their user pic on the forums.
