well what do you think the difference between goth and emo are???

ya one of my friends , i corrected them saying no im emo its a fashion that originated from a music

im not sure if i was right, there are so many different defonitions of 'emo these days.

I have had sooo many people call me and my friends goth.
There was this one guy who was like "the most gothiest kids I know"
It left me in wtf sort of state

I haven't been called a 'gofffff' properly since like year 7 now.
People like to ask me what I 'am' though, so they go through all the common stereotypes
"are you an eeeeeeeemo?"
-"no"
"are you a skaterrrrrr?"
-"heh, I wish - got no balance man"
"are you a grungerrrr?"
-"do I look like a total greeb?"
"are you punk?"
-"what do you mean when you say punk? the old styles pretty dead"
"you goff then?"
-"no..."

that was pretty much the best conversation I got going in year 8 xD!

though, last night my friend called me 'goff'
'cause I was on webcam and I looked reet pale and my eyes were like completely black.

lol people will always call you diff things if they arnt into the same stuff as you

i got called a greebo the other day :O lol havent heard that word for years!

but yeh get called goth quite a lot, i wouldnt say its a bad thing tho :D

urgh at least three times a day =/

and as someone's already suggested, yush it is usually from chavs :P

its like they say 'you're a goth aintcha?' i say 'noooo' they say 'then what are you?' nd like i'm not gunna say i'm emo 'cause that would so be posing so end up just going red, shrugging and walking off, not too good with those kinda arguments lol

nd there are sooooo many differences between the stereotypes of emo and goth, it's just chavs are dumbasses who wouldn't know the difference between a dog and a cat yet alone emo and goth =/

Not Goth but I've been called Trans because I look a "little too much" like a boy according to one surtein boy in my last school -___- That bastard wouldn't have a nose if he said "Look there is the Trans again, haha! *evil grin*" in my face....got pissed again *sigh* -___-

yh im called goth all the time.. but i think that is cus ppl here dont really knw wat emo is.. i try to explain the diff to them but i dont think they quite get it... but hay..
