There was a programme on either the BBC, C4 or ITV a few months ago about self-harm, which seemed pretty helpful.

Yeah I saw one on the BBC it had an Asian presenter unfortunately I forgot her name but it was a good program I agree (if it was the same one). Iff they ring me i'll post a message to tell you what they say

awesome i started that (former account) and i came so close know when i feel like cutting myself i grab something hard and smash as hard as possible off my leg

yh i used to cut.. sometimes i still do.. i relapsed a abt a moth and a half ago and i hadnt done it for months and months.. it so hard to quite... i also wld wear a hair band on my wrist and flick myself with it.. to bruise myself.. but yh most emos dont do that.. more and more ppl who arnt emo r these days.. nd then they go and pin all the cutting crap on us its bull shit really... when there the onces doing it themselves... but hay... who cares abt em...

but whether they do or don't post if they cut themselves it wouldn't change anything emos reputation has alread been tarnish for awhile now people won't change their minds
