Ohh wow a long while then, that's awesome! I really wanna learn myself but my eldest bro who plays electric guitar and bass, he's teaching me the basics on acoustic first and then I'm gonna try bass or electric guitar. It's gonna take a lot of getting used to etc. but everyone says it's well worth all the practice in the end :] my wrist was killing me though after I had my first go! lol cuz I'm not used to the position, kinda awkward! But it was fun though :]

yeah i play guitar too, but i havent for as long as bass. bass can be easyer. i favour bass over guitar xD and not because it's easyer :P

Yeah I've heard that bass is kinda easier than guitar, but maybe I'll just have a go at acoustic anyways and see how I get on and then go on to bass instead of electric guitar! lol I really wanted to play the drums at one point, but buying a kit would be pretty damn expensive and also hard to find a place to set it up, cuz of it's size and what with it being loud as hell lol have to make sure you live somewhere where people don't care too much about all the noise!! haha lol or just put some kinda padding on the walls lol!

Yeah that's true and they don't always really sound as good, I dunno from my point of view the sound of a real drum kit, nothing like it! Real symbols etc.
