I got an idea from CupCakes post about offering help to others. As an online community we all stick together and help each other deal with each other's problems, which is good. But how about identifying specific persons who can help to deal with other peoples problems? Ok i know this might be a fairly sticky topic, because being an advisor can be a very tricky job and only certain people can do it. What do you as a community think of this? Possible, impossible?

i think its a great idea! we all need to stick together, without each other some people would have no one.
