It is sooo stimulating! energizing ! and fun! don't you love a good burn after doing a few reps with some heavy dumbbells or what about that satisfying feeling after running a long distance. What about that feeling of great achievement after running realllyy fast. WHO ELSE LOVES EXERCISE!!! ( haters of it can post too :P )

I go for a run every night I'm not doing anything, which is most nights, and I walk everywhere. I guess that counts. xD OH! and wii fit? xD
