ok... i want to kno wat do i need && wat have to do to do scene hair . i have tried but i vant do it idk y , can any one help me plz( it doesnt matter if it teased or layer )

umm depends do u want it teased or layered... or both but for teaseed its simply TONS of hairspray

straighten it first then tease it after you tease a section use TONS of hairspray

go to youtube and type in scene hair tutorial in the search bar watch some of those then mix them up and make your own style.

if you have it layerd and use hairspray to help backcomb it up after streitening (:
