ok im not realy sure what to do right now as a stress relief theres alot of problems going on in life right now and an ordeal with my gran where she has to come to live with us while she moves because she needs someone to look out for her as she isnt 100% in the head, but my mum realy doesnt like her and shes getting worked up because she was meant to stay 2weeks but now she may be staying upto 5weeks now and shes started getting annoyed and her and my dad have been arguing nonstop for a couple days now and she gets upset then starts shouting at me or my brother then theres my dad whom of which i dont exactly see eye to eye with we just speak occasionaly but no matter how many times we tell him to at least help he doesnt do anything then he shouts at me saying why the hell dont i do anything ?! me and mum have to swap about jobs bcz theres too much but ive not been well properly since last year and neither has my mum, the past 2months have been dificult for me from deaths and a personal incident and i just dont know what to do now because all my house now is arguments and its stressing me out i just dont want it to be how it was before. so i reli dont know what else to do but try having a word with them all again.

ok, first of all, breath, thats tough girl, i was in the same situation as you with all the arguements in the house and the stess and shouting up until recently so i do understand you feel. Get out of the house every now and again, even just for a short walk, you'll need to clear your head and take a breather from everthing sometimes. Talk to your friends aswell, dont bottle everything up, i know it sounds lame but it really does help when you talk and let it all out :) lemme know how everything goes and if you need help, im here :)

Yea talk to your friends. Go for walks to clear your head and talk to us on here. Things will hopefully get better.
