A Little Bit Of Help, Please? Feb 13 2011, 11:33 AM

OK, so I've been pretty depressed recently. I've been having these really bad nightmares of people I love dying, n' just a few days ago, I started scratching myself w/ those emory boards for your nails, instead of cutting. Anyway, I know the reason why I'm depressed is because I'm bipolar n' homeschooled, so I never see my friends anymore, especially this one guy...So if anyone can help...I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

Im sorry you feel like this it sucks i know ! With the nightmares have a hot milky drink before bed and go to bed happy as you can be and calm, this will hopefully make the nightmares stop. Please dont carry on scratching yourself it will get worse i know and now i cant stop and i could easily kill myself. Can you not arrange for you and your friends to meet up at the weekend and go have a laugh ? Just try and get out as much as you can and enjoy your life you only get one! Just really try and see your friends and make new ones. Loneliness leads to so many issues :(
