Just tell her. Girls like honesty. Make it straight and clear, to make sure she knows you're not joking. Give her a hug and smile. Tell her that you have feelings for her and ask if she would like to get into a relationship. If you don't do it soon, you might regret it. Just go for it :) Good luck x
