so heres the situation... my mum seems to think i need to see a therapist... what im scared of is that they find out about my wrist and put me on anti-depressants. i was suppost to go on them when i was about 12 but mum didnt agree as i was too young. im really scared and dont know how to full the therapist into thinking that im ok:/ any help please!!

If you don't want anti-depressants they have no right to force them into you, so you should go, my "gf" is about 14 and she has issues with self-harm and suicidal thoughts so i recommend it ;)

yeah but im not sure as , i know i have alot of issues but talking them through with someone i dont know and may think im like attention seeking or whatever y'know. i dislike talking about things that are my buisness whether that makes me cut or have suicidal thoughts because i know they wont go away :/
