As you can see from my profile picture, I don't really follow emo fashion right now, but I'm fascinated by it. Do you have any suggestions for what might look cool on me?

I think you should try a different hair style. Short and spiky in the back and long and straight at the front. Stereotypical emo haircut, but it suits most people. It'll be a bit change getting rid of your long hair at the back though...

Just find clothes that you like from 'emo' stores or whatever, you dont need to be like everyone else in this 'stereotype' it doesnt matter what you look like its about who you are as a person ^^

Well, in my opinion the whole "fashion" trend in either sub-cultures isn't so important. Just try and fail untill you find something that you think is you and that you feel comfortable with. If you're not happy with what you try, just do something else. Hair grows back and is possible to re-dye if something goes "wrong" :p
