Does anyone know of any good anime artists? Because I need to research an artist for my art course work :P

I don't know any artists per se, but I would definitely point you towards Studio Ghibli. Their style and influence is very distinct and anyone will know a Ghibli anime from the instant they see it. Might be worth looking at the people involved in the art direction. <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Studio_Ghibli"> Good anime movies to make note of for reference would be "Spirited Away", "Howl's Moving Castle" and "My Neighbour Totorro".
