I've been cutting so much recently...last night i cut so much my whole arm was bleeding..i was really scared and i thought i was going to die...I'm not going to stop cutting because it lets me let out all the pain I'm going through everyday...Tomorrow I'm going to see the school counselor for my cutting and depression...I really want help and i had no where else to go,my best friend who i can tell everything to moved away to Calgary and i can't see her in person and can't tell her anything.. I really want help,can you give me any advice on what i should do?(besides stop cutting...)

Please search the forums for self harm and cutting as there are lots of topics about this *hugs*

If you don't like the bleeding use a mechanical pencil and surface cut. Deep enough for satisfaction and shallow enough for no blood its what I do b/c I hate blood...
