New seating plan in class Jan 24 2012, 11:58 PM
Well in my class we changed seats and now i sit beside people who i really hate and never talk to, and said people also bully me, so i just kinda sit in my desk, silent, because if i say anything said people will probably yell at me or something.

Yeah, I hate those moments, I'll give ya my two cents on it though! Okay, so there is four options for you, well more like four ways you can handle encounters: 1) Passive - basically passive is saying to them: You have views, and you can share those views, but I can't/wont share mine. There is ups and downs to this way, like there is to all. A passive approach would be to just ignore them. 2) Passive-Aggresive - Passive-Aggresive is the most complicated to explain, it's saying "I have my views, and you have yours, but I'm going to find a way to make you regret your views." like, not flat put being agressive about it, but still making them regret what they believe. I can't really think of an example right now, sorry. :( 3) Aggresive - this is just saying, "My views are more important than yours." this is like telling them "F*CK OFF" or "SHUT UP" or something like that. 4) Assertive - my personal favorite, This is telling them not to why you feel that their wrong in a controlled manner. "You have views, but so do I, so don't share your views infront of me." Each method of response has their own ups and downs.
