i dont know why, (i cant find the root cause)but i'm feeling more and more depressed everyday, i cant sleep, i'm doing worse in school and im loosing friends with my anger. i just needed to let it off...

I know exactly how you feel. I felt like that everyday but I find a way to get over but listening to my favorite song, doing my favorite hobbies, or other things. :D

I've had some times like this.. but afrter all I don't regret cause I'm stronger now. Or not... ? What will help is to remember that you're never alone. There are always some people who need you. And some people who will support you. I can be one of them if you will be my friend. <3

find an outlet , for example me its poetry , art singing , or a last resort of punching walls (but dont do that punch a punch bag its much safer) for you it could just be ranting just find an outlet it should make everything a little easier
