Without friend or family Without ally or foe Left out in the cold Long long ago Left all alone To fight for myself Without a hand to hold With emotions unfelt And what do I want Not riches or power Just a warm friendly face So I need not to cower My heart grows cold My soul grows black I'm stuck in the darkness With no way back
