She sits there, empty eyes Sunken cheeks against the sky She only wants to feel beautiful. The magazines, the pretty things, They all tell her how to look and she believes. Oh she believes that Sunken hips by her fingertips Will make her love herself at last. Too much time has passed.. All the scars on her lovely skin Details on her sunken ribs. Oh why does she cry when I look her in the eye? Does she know? Her stomach growls but she doesn't mind Water is her consolation prize She is worthless in her eyes! But I don't think so.. I love her.
