Do you listen to any music that is not emo/ post-hardcore or close to it? I noticed that many ppl limit themselves to some genres... Maybe some of them think that "if listening to emo makes them emo then listening to 'not emo' makes them less emo"? LOL

I just listen to what i like, usually it is mainly emo/post-hardcore stuff, but i dont care what genre a song is, if i like it i listen to it.

Well my playlist is mainly metal, rock, post-hardcore, emo, etc. but I also listen to stuff like eminem flo rida and tinie tempah. It just depends on if I like the song really, not what the genre is.

i listen to screamo, rock, metal, acoustic, ukulele music, and indie :) I like almost everything except the ones like 1D or justin bieber or Niki Minaj (I like Eminem tho..and JJ Demon xD)

I listen to almost all genres of music.As I write this I'm listening to Scary Kids Scaring Kids. Earlier today I was singing in the church choir ( Anglican choral music). Sometimes I listen to monks chanting, classical music, metal, dubstep or reggae;it all depends on my mood. A "label" shouldn't define what you listen to. I guess what brings people on the site together however, is common taste in music, but that similarity does not or should not limit a persons appreciation for what different tastes they have as well.

I listen to what ever I'm in the mood for. That can be anything in the world from scream to classical...except country. I really can't stand country music one bit. But I frequently just set my computer on shuffle and just let it go through all my music. It sort of amuses me when it'll shuffle from 50cent to Never Shout Never to In Flames to Bach's Cello Suites.

I like all kinds of music. I dont listen to very much Emo/Screams/Hardcore and so on anymore. Im more into Singer-Songwriter and twinkly emo now.
