You don't care about me No, you never did You care about school You care about grades But not me You don't support me You take everything away All the things I care for The play, music, sports Everything You don't know me No, you never even try I like music, sports, Writing, and performing But all you see is school "I'm proud of you" Something I haven't heard Not since elementary school I found myself I'm not who I used to be Don't try to make me It will not work If you paid attention You'd know I suffer Know my pain You don't care Unless its school Or if I'm suicidal You don't think I notice But I do When the cops came to the door That's when you noticed When I had perfect grades That's when you were proud That's when your cared
