I feel disgusted with any kind of affection. I was hanging out with this girl and we were making out, then I suddenly just walked away and got distracted with something else, I have no idea what I have or what is happening, I need help, do you have any logical reasons about what happens to me?

Don't fell bad about this. I'm kinda the same way, having someone there that you love is good. I just don't like when guys get touchy. Holding hands and cuddling with small kisses here and there is cute. Its just different when it comes to everything else. I'm only 13 I'm not ready for all this sexual stuff. To me its gross. You're not alone.

some people just don't like to give a lot of affection there is nothing wrong with that I know people that don't like hugs or stuff and there still great people and I don't like being affectionate tord my mom y? idk i just don't my idea of saying i love u is cleaning and cooking not hugs and saying it to her. but u might just not be ready to all that stuff which is fine y rush? i didn't even have my first kiss till i was 13 and it wasn't till i was 14 i felt confertable with cuddling and 15 till i felt comfortable making out and not till resently now finding some one i really love i been with for some time and being almost 18 that i feel i could be ok other things as long as there with that person. i wouldn't worry to much about it :)
