Emo Group meet Birmingham ,UK 2013 Aug 14 2013, 04:40 AM
I've been given the go ahead to organise this meet up so thanks matt =) The meet has been CANCELLED due to recent happenings in Birmingham city centre and recent trouble involving 'alts' in the park the meet was due to be held in Sorry for any problems this has caused but thankyou for all the interest in a meet =) the 28 th of September proved most popular date as such the meet will be held then I suggest we hold the meet at Birmingham Cathedral also known as Pigeon park located on Colmore Row, B3 2QB as it is just off the high street but has very good public transport links and signing. It is about a minute walk from Birmingham snow hill train station and 5 minutes from New Street station. The park has regular bus services that stop directly outside it. Please be aware public transport will be operating on a saturday service and will be worth checking for delays and times on google before you leave As for time i'd say aim to be there by 12 noon and bring something to eat/drink or you can buy something from the places around the park.No BBQ's are allowed. I am aware of the maxim number that can be in group for the park due to it's size I will be coming to Birmingham via New street and will be around the park before that time if people wish to meet earlier and i will be leaving the park at around 7 in order to catch public transport home Please let me know if you are interested in coming! and post below if you wish to be added or removed from the list Remember if you are under 18 please get your parents permission first. if you haven't already seen the previous meet topic (held in Regent's Park, London, UK in 2011) Here's the link to the topic: https://www.soemo.co.uk/forums/topic.php?id=2803448 thanks and i hope this can work =) people possibly interested so far: Kate (c) xblacklistMisery xXJazzyXx xXeMoRaCeRXx xzombieluvscookiesx(c+1) XxFallenAngelsxX xXsilent_suicideXx *(c) = pretty much confirmed

Also it will be easier for me to come in September as I'm planning on quitting my job by the end of this month because of uni, and if it was a Saturday it would be easier for me to get back up north on the Sunday, if I have uni on a Monday, but I'm not too worried about missing one day. Lol. :D

If you had it on the 28th I might be able to come if my parents think I can go to Birmingham by myself to meet a group of people at 16. Not promising anything though.

My parents would be too busy to come with me. I'll try and negotiate something with them though, hopefully we can come to some kind of agreement.
