Most people know how it is, you are in a nice fun relationship (atleast that what it feels like)and everything is going awesome. and then near the end of the relationship everything seems to be going silent. You're heartbroken and sad and feel like the lowest in the world. So here are 3 tips to get over it (from personal experiences and otherwise) tip 1. Start doing new things One of the reasons you can't get over him/her is because the fun times you had with him/her were probably the best you probably ever had. If you try to think of exciting and fun memories he/she pops up in your memory the whole time. The reason relationships feel like such a journey and a fun adventure were because they were exactly that, a fun adventure and a long fun trip while it lasted. Try something new and exciting, go on a trip, go travel the world. just do SOMETHING. if you do nothing you are going to be stuck in this for a very long time. the only person who can help you out of a broken heart is your willingness to fix it. Tip 2. Talk to someone about it You wont get any further if you let your emotions boil inside of you, you GOT to talk even if you dont want to. If you let them sit inside of you its gonna reach a boiling point and you are going to have the worst time humanly possibly. Tip 3. Give it some time You probably wont get over it in a matter of minutes or days. Time heals all wounds. Just make sure you dont make yourself go crazy by thinking about it all the time, sure you can think about it from time to time, but distract yourself from it by doing tip 1. But dont expect to be alright within a few weeks. Hope this helps someone.
