UGH!... I have this flashback, it keeps putting my stomach in knots, I don't really wanna get too deep into the details, but the point it, it keeps making my stomach turn, and I, hate, hate, hate, HATE IT... And advice? (if you wanna know the memory, pm me)

Some say you should find the trigger object, that makes you remember it all, and hide it. Although, what I recommend is to confront the memory, and organize it all, until your subconscious is at rest, despite how much it hurts. Justify or humble your actions taken at the time, and realize your past can't be reversed.
