Hi guys! I just got into one of those really weird moods where I feel like helping. Well, lately I've been going through a lot, and I notice others are too. So, If you have ever contemplated suicide, cut yourself, wanted to cut yourself, had depression, anxiety, etc. Try and remember that life can get rough sometimes but doing horrible things to yourself certainly won't help. If you feel depression or the urge to hurt yourself, Write down all the things that are bothering, hurting, and/or upsetting you, take that paper and go for a walk. Take the paper rip it into little tiny pieces (Small enough so it can't hurt wildlife or the earth) and as you walk take a few pieces and leave them behind you, so as you walk you are (metaphorically) leaving those problems, fears, etc behind you and moving on. Also, to keep those feelings/actions away, keep yourself busy. Try getting involved with stuff you like, surround yourself by people who like the same things as you, when people are depressed they often forget not everyone is out to get them, when you feel the urge to cut yourself try going for a walk, or go for a run, hit a punching bag, write, draw, get new hobbies or volunteer, keeping yourself busy will keep your mind off things. The more you get out there, the more friends you're going to make, and you'll have new people to talk to and less time to feel sorry for yourself, but always remember, suicide doesn't get rid of the possibility of things getting worse, it gets rid of the possibility of things getting better. Everything will be fine, There is a whole world full of exciting possibilities. Stay strong <3
