So in the last years i have become like really shy and awkward. I find it hard to talk to people, right now i have 4 friends who i usually talk with but i always have the feeling that no one understands me and if i tell them they will judge me. I know that the big bart why I'm like this is because i have social anxiety and major depression but i really hate the fact that I'm like that. So can someone please help me?
