ok i have this guy that broke up with me and his name was josh. i need help or an idea of how to get this guy off my back. any ideas??

Try not to think much about him even tho it will be hard, you're too good for him anyway! Try to avoid him too, if you see him just turn the other way even if it hurts, I swear it gets better. There is no problem with crying as he hurt you and crying is healthy and reduces stress. You will probably have alot of memories with him and the best thing to do is give everything back to him and get rid of notes, photos, etc. of him. Go and have fun with your friends to take your mind off of the break-up, who knows you might meet someone new and far better, you still have your whole life ahead of you! Also listening to music helps alot, I really find sleeping with sirens the best when i'm feeling down. Hope I helped you! :)

Break-ups are difficult especially if you truly cared about the person. Music helps, writing and/or reading has always helped me. Keep your head up. You have to allow yourself to move on and understand it wasn't the one that was meant to be. It's a hard reality to grasp but it's probably for the best
