try and think positive as much as you can and do something to keep your mind occupied. ie listen to music ,draw ,read etc that way your less inclined to end up doing something of a destructive nature. It also helps to question yourself as to why you feel emotionless, but be careful not to over think as helps no one. if you want feel free to PM me about it and i'll do my best to help and listen
