My gf is severely depressed. I didn't notice how badly depressed she was until last night. she let everything out to me for 3 hours straight. the only thing she truly sees in life is misery. pain. suffering. and it's all for nothing. I don't know how to help her. I make her happy sometimes but other people ruin it by using her and being fake and just mean. Her family is very selfish and they only care about themselves. all they ever do to lani is yell at her for being stupid and stuff because she wants to kill herself. they just make her believe negatively.. I won't be able to see her for two weeks. And i only have this week to be with her. starting friday she's grounded and loses access to everything for a week. She wants to kill herself. not because she's hurting or anything. But because she truly can't find a reason to why she has life. Like she truly proved to me that there is no reason to live. it all comes down to you dying and everything being worthless... I don't know how to help her. It's causing my anxiety to go off the charts and i've been having alot of problems lately due to it. i started cutting again and i've been crying every night. i don't know what to do. She's attempted 3 times in the last month. The 3erd time she was seconds away from killing herself when luckily her dad saw my message and saved her...Idk what to do anymore..I can't lose her. and ik that she can find happiness. but idk what to do. She needs to get away from th people that DO hurt her..and she needs to be around nice people who care and support. who truly do love her and will never betray her. But i'm only one person..I can't be multiple..I can't do it. She tells me i'm the only one who truly cares and loves her. I need to help her..but how?....How do you help someone who truly believes there's no reason to live..
