Ok so there's this guy I fell in love with and I truly do love him but my ex came back and he's been a wreck since we broke up and he says he still loves me and I love him to. I don't know what to do anymore I don't want to lose either I need help. Please.

you clearly don't love your current partner if you are considering your ex, let alone asking on this site. if you truely love someone, you wouldn't look twice at another person.

Well, that was harsh... not necessarily true though. I love my ex but I don't ever want to get back with him. I believe you can have love for someone without being in love with them. She never specified which kind of love she has so we really can't jump to conclusions. There are also different degrees of love the first stage being Lust. Then there's Stage 2: Attraction where your body releases Adrenaline, Dopamine, and Serotonin. This is the stage where love starts to become predominant in a relationship. The last part of love is Stage 3 is Attachment which is the phase you are thinking of. This is the stage where the body releases Oxytocin and Vasopressin. We don't know if both of these males release this chemical reaction when she is near them. And External I will inbox you. :P

Thanks guys. I decided on my ex because the other guy lives in th UK and I'm in the US so I can't really ever see him and my ex goes to my school. Also I just think I need to try again with him. When we were together we were inseparable and everyone could just see how much we loved each other. I need to feel that again.
