I'm curious as to how different people get over heart breaks, betrayals, and disappointments. How do you get over it?

Heart-breaks: you make sure you grieve properly for a while and not keep it bottled up for too long then you do your best to move on and find happiness again.

betrayals : don't say anything till your cool headed again as spur of the moment comments often make things harder to deal with later.. so wait till you've calmed down and are over the hurt. if you want to confront the person(s) involved as to why they did what they did, plan what you want to say to them before hand as it makes life easier and the conversation less awkward... better still, if they continue to hurt you or become unreliable/spiteful, just walk away and say nothing. as after all if they can't be bothered to make a effort to care, nor should you as you'll only waste time on someone who isn't worth the hurt and upset!
