Really depends,is the love interest a guy or a girl? Older or younger? How long have you known that person? Plus all you really need to do to form a love relationship with someone would be to spend a whole lot of time with them. If they respond back by spending time with you and asking you out on random meet ups then you can play him/her into your fingers.
