Please can someone explain to me what the different colours of the usernames in the forum mean? If it is possible to change my username colour, how would that be possible?

Your username colour changes depending on the site. You can't really change it, unless you want to refresh the page many times. It just varies among the times you're on. It's to show the different names and differentiate the people. Nothing more really. There is an option to change all the chat name colours to one colour, sadly that is red.
