Good luck to those trying to recover/on the recovery path and those currently going through it, stay strong and battle through as things pick up eventually <3 also this site has quite afew good topics in the help and advice section on how to stop/cope with SH ( just use the search forums bar on the right hand column of the page and type in key words) if anyone wants any help with recovery or someone to talk to about SH or just a vent, feel free to drop me a PM and i'll do my best to help and listen to you :)
