Gone Again My heart aches and my body falls apart. I’ve lost you again and now I have nothing. What am I to do other than cry myself to sleep, Over the lost love that I gave you. My eyes fill with tears and my body shakes, At the memory of your touch, your kiss, and your voice. Memories are all that I have now and they hurt. The darkness closes in again and I am consumed. The little bit of light that I once had is gone for good. Now only pain and misery fill me, and I am lost. Lost to love and happiness. So when I see you again don’t expect a smile. Don’t expect joy and happiness. Expect pain, expect tears, and expect hurt.
