Stress Relievers? ~ Jan 19 2016, 10:34 PM

I was wondering how people cope with stress, like, some cope well. Whereas some, not so much. I, myself, depending on how stressed I am.. I like to isolate myself and cry, I hate crying in front of people because it makes me feel like a burden on them. If it's bad, usually if it's family shiz, I cut (I know:bad, but I have other reasons for it). But that's kinda lessened. And weirdly enough, I cut my hair 😶 to my mom, it's like worse than actually cutting myself, which I don't understand. Anyway, how about you?
