How to be emo in 9 steps. This video is how to dress and look emo. It was made in 2007 and I think emo fashion has evolved quite a bit since then. It might just be where I live, but I'm not seeing that many with long fringes, eyeliner on guys, or messenger bags covered in pins. I also feel like the scene fashion is more common than emo fashion now. What changes have you noticed with emo fashion?
