Is tai chi actually affective? May 26 2016, 12:34 PM
so I do tai chi every Thursday, supposedly it helps in a manner that strengthens you both psychically and mentally and since I have bad social anxiety it's been recommended as a natural way of help, but after doing it for at least four months now I've seen no improvement on a mental scale and I find it to be rather too methodically paced in that I prefer much more faster exercises and sports like for instance when I go running or wrestling, so yea does tai chi actually help you on a mental scale or have I not been doing it for long enough to see any actual results?
