Just wondering if anyone else on here has any mental health illnesses (or however you wish to describe it)? I have depression and severe anxiety which makes meeting new people, being in meetings etc for example, extremely difficult for me as they often result in me having panic attacks and becoming an emotional mess! Some things I do on a good day are: drawing, writing (I find this VERY helpful!) and going for a walk. Just thought this may be helpful to other people out there :)

Social anxiety,panic attacks,aspgergers,mild depression.
