Hi. Um... So I have a very big problem and I'm not sure what to do about it. Recently (like yesterday) I was at my cousins wedding with my family... And I went over to my parents (who were having a mini crisis with something) and gave my dad a hug. What he did next is scary. He grabbed my neck and squeezed it really hard. Then he... He pushed me away... I now have a bruise on my neck/back in the shape of his handprint... I'm scared and not sure what to do.

Do you know why he did it exactly? If he does it again try speak to them about it. Hard as it may be do not just let it continue to happen.
