Stop distorting our reality, 
Give me a chance to drink in the sun. 
You see our soul in ev’ry mirror, 
And I know deep down you want me gone. 
We think apart, but feel together. 
I pick up the parts and clear the dust, 
And sometimes in with all that clutter, 
I find infection left to fester.
